My name is Tonya Giddings. I am so excited to be your teacher this year! I hope you are excited to start a new school year! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I graduated from Windsor Academy in Macon, Georgia. I received my teaching degree from Mercer University. I have a Master’s degree and Specialist degree from NOVA Southeastern University. This is my twenty fifth year teaching. I have taught Pre-K, first, third and fourth grade. I really love teaching third graders! I live in Lizella, Georgia with my husband and children.
My family and I relaxed this summer and had lots of fun. I hope you had a fun summer too! I can’t wait to get to know you! We are going to have a great year together. I want you to feel comfortable and safe every day. Your new classmates and I are your family at school, and I hope that we will learn and have fun together.
