I was born and raised in the Middle Georgia area. After graduating top 10% from Central High School in 2005, I attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL. Here I graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. From 2009-2013, I taught Pre-K for Bibb County Schools. In 2013, I pursued my Masters Degree at Walden University. Upon graduating, in 2016 with a Masters in Elementary Reading and Mathematics, I returned to Bibb County where I would teach 4th grade at Hartley Elementary until 2018. I began working at Perdue Elementary in Houston County in 2018, as a 5th grade teacher. After teaching 5th for two years. This year, I will be teaching fourth grade. During this period of time, I have earned a Reading Endorsement, Math Endorsement, Gifted Endorsement, and Google Certification.
