Hello everyone! My name is Amanda Wood. I am a product of the Houston County School System and graduated from Veterans High School in 2015. I graduated from Middle Georgia State University in May of 2020 with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education. I also received a Reading Endorsement through MGSU. I received my Master's Degree and Specialist Degree in Elementary Education from Georgia Southwestern University. 

I love spending time with my husband, Chris, and our dog, Charlie. I love to go to the beach with my family and read. I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade at DPES, and I look forward to an amazing school year with all of you!
