Amanda Wood is currently a Fifth Grade GTE teacher at Perdue Elementary School. Amanda Wood has a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Wesleyan College, a master's degree in Post-Secondary Education from Troy University, and a specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University. Over the past sixteen years, Amanda Wood has taught Kindergarten, First Grade, Third Grade, and Fifth Grade in Houston County School District. Her experience includes working with a variety of students such as Special Education Students, EIP Students, ESOL Students, and Gifted Learners. Amanda is an avid reader and loves spending time with her family at the beach!
